1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods. If you use this option, we will immediately send you an email confirming receipt of such a withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our standard, cost-effective option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,
for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

3. Shipping / Costs

Your order is accepted upon dispatch of the goods. If your order consists of several items, some of which will only be available at a later date, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. This will not incur any additional costs for you.

Delivery for items in stock takes place within 3 business days. If we do not have items in stock, they will be shipped as soon as possible after they arrive at customcycleparts.pro. In the event of delivery or availability problems, CustomCycleParts reserves the right to withdraw from a purchase contract. Compensation for damages due to delayed shipments is excluded unless CustomCycleParts is grossly negligent.

4. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of CustomCycleParts until full payment has been received.

5. Warranty

Warranty claims expire two years after delivery of the goods. Consequential damages or damages resulting from improper or unprofessional handling, assembly, use, or commissioning of the items supplied by CustomCycleParts are generally excluded. The warranty is void if the parts are used in competitive events, subjected to excessive stress, installed in vehicles other than those specified by the manufacturer, or if the parts have been modified by third parties. Not approved for road use.
